Welcome to our new Green page! Like many of you, we have become more and more focused on reducing our environmental impact, not just as individuals, but as a touring unit. We hope to use this page to put a spotlight on green initiatives that we're able to incorporate into our world, and hopefully share ideas with you that you may be able to incorporate into yours.

Above is a photo of Tommy at the biodiesel pump. This particular grade of biodiesel is called B20, which is a mix of 20% biodiesel and 80% normal diesel. A higher grade wasn't practical because of the freezing temps the bus was driving through in November and December. But think of it this way - for every five tanks of 235 gallons each, one entire tank was comprised of biofuel which was neither mined nor imported. Imagine what a difference it would make if every tour bus and every truck were able to do this! The reality is that they CAN do this, it's just a matter of increasing production to meet the demands. This is a perfect example of how we can decrease our dependency on foreign oil, and it's within our grasp today!
