Access to Pre-Sale tickets is one of the perks of being a paid Styx Lounge member. Please review the FAQ below if you have any questions about how pre-sale ticketing works. If at any time you have been identified for suspicious or inappropriate activity in the Community or with Pre-Sales, your membership can be revoked immediately without notice or refund. YES! Pre-Sale ticket access is one of the best perks of your membership. If you aren’t a Styx Lounge member, sign up here! Once you have completed your purchase, a Pre-Sale code will be automatically issued to you. If there’s no available Pre-Sale in your area just save your code and use it when you’re ready.
IS THERE A TICKET LIMIT PER SHOW?

Styx Lounge Memberships are non-refundable. Membership gives you EARLY ACCESS to tickets and increases your chances of getting great seats, but nothing is guaranteed.
WHEN WILL I FIND OUT ABOUT PRE-SALES IN MY AREA?
We do our best to post information about Pre-Sale dates as early as possible, but sometimes we’re not able to post them until the day before (and sometimes the same day) the Pre-Sale begins. We also send out the Styx Report every other Monday and will include all Pre-Sale information we have at that time. Make sure you check styxworld.com reguarly for up-to-date news and information.
WHEN ARE PRE-SALE TICKETS AVAILABLE?
We try to secure Pre-Sale tickets for as many Styx shows as possible, but there will be shows that do not offer Pre-Sale access. Pre-Sale tickets will typically be available through styxworld.com or Ticketmaster.com prior to the public on-sale. Pre-Sales will be announced on both the Styx site and through the Styx Report emails. Sign up here to be notified when tickets in your area go on sale.
HOW ARE PRE-SALE TICKETS ASSIGNED?
Styx is given a block of holds specifically for the Styx Lounge members and no one else. By being a member of the Styx Lounge, you have access to a selection of some of the best seats in the house at any price level based on availability - but you are not guaranteed tickets with your membership.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY PROMO CODE?
Log into your account and click “My Dashboard,” then "User Settings." Scroll down to locate the “Your Promo Codes” tab. There you will find your unique promo code that can be used on all Ticketmaster Styx Lounge Pre-Sales during the specified Pre-Sale window. Some tours may require different codes, and in those instances, you will be provided new a new code and instructions.
WHY ARE THERE PRE-SALES FOR SOME SHOWS AND NOT OTHERS?
We strive to offer Pre-Sale ticketing for every Styx show but may not be able to due to certain factors outside of our control. If Pre-Sale ticketing is not available for the show of your choice, we ask that you take full advantage of the other benefits that come with your Styx Lounge membership such as member discounts in the store, Styxology, etc. No refunds will be issued.
I BOUGHT PRE-SALE TICKETS AND NOW I CANNOT GO. CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK OR TRANSFER MY TICKETS?
All tickets purchased through the Pre-Sale are non-refundable and refund requests will not be granted. Please make sure you are able to attend the show prior to purchasing tickets.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
For orders received between 8AM and 5PM US CENTRAL (CHICAGO) time, we typically ship within 2 BUSINESS days (business days are Monday-Friday). Orders received on a Friday or weekend will ship the following week - including Priority and Express Mail.
Once orders are completed and shipped by our fulfillment department, package delivery times vary according to the following chart:
- USPS First Class: 3-7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days
- USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days
- USPS First Class International: 7-45 business days
- USPS Priority International: 5-12 business days
- USPS Express International: 3-6 business days
Shipping times include weekdays only and do not include weekend days.
You will also receive an email from our shipping system containing your tracking # when your outgoing package is scanned by the USPS. If you have not seen your shipping email, please check your spam folder.
HOW DO I GET AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER PLACED THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Styx Online Store does not accept exchanges. We do accept merchandise returns up to 14 days after a package has been received. If you wish to return your purchase, please let us know (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will send instructions for shipment back to us. Shipment must be returned to us in the original packaging and in the original quality it was received, and at the customer's expense. Refunds will be submitted upon receipt of merchandise in new condition; please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that our Customer Service Agents have the right to use their professional discretion relating to refunds and returns.
For all returns allow 5-7 business days for any merchandise credit to appear on your account statement.
